As an integral part of the BCG Platinion business service team, part of the Boston Consulting Group, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our company.
We are looking for a working student HR & Career Development (all genders) at the earliest possible time for our Cologne Office. You will gain insights into the personnel processes of an IT strategy consultancy, work in a highly professional environment with nice and motivated colleagues. You work at the interface between HR development and HR administration.
Shape the world of tomorrow
- You support the team in the varied daily operational business and at the same time, you are responsible for your own topics
- You help the team implement topics related to the career and personnel development of our employees
- You take on accompanying activities in our HR development cycle
- You support the team in the preparation and follow-up of committee appointments
- You are working on our ongoing process optimizations in the Career Development area
- You participate in new initiatives in the HR field and take on administrative and coordinating activities independently
You can help us make a difference
- You are a registered student in a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably with a focus on human resources or similar
- You have very good MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- You have a very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- You describe yourself as open, friendly and communicative person and have a professional appearance
- You are an organizational talent and work independently, carefully and reliably
- You have a high level of comprehension and power of implementation
