Our clients place increasing demands on us for deep, industry-specific IT expertise. In return, we must cultivate this expertise institutionally. Our Knowledge Teams play a central role in this. They are responsible for structuring and making the extensive knowledge of our project teams available.

As a working student in Knowledge Management – Energy (all genders) in Cologne or Munich, you will support our colleagues in the energy sector and gain exciting insights into the internal processes of an international consulting team at the same time.


Shape the world of tomorrow

  • You support our team in setting up, improving and maintaining various KM tools (e.g. internal databases, industry benchmarks, reference collections, etc.) in order to speed up the work of our Energy Case teams in the preparation of quotation and project documents
  • You take responsibility by continuously optimizing and rethinking processes and internal service offerings
  • You help us updating and improving the training materials with the goal of making it easier for our consultants to get started in complex topics in the energy world
  • You will have the opportunity to prepare exciting lectures and presentations for internal events
  • You carry out essential ad-hoc research assignments To support our customer case teams with important information
  • You are actively involved in researching new and innovative tools, improving documentation and disseminating our expert knowledge
  • You have the opportunity to participate in design and get the space, to develop your creativity and present new ideas
  • You gain authentic and extensive insights into project work

You can help us make a difference

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Program, preferably in IT or Energy Management
  • A careful, precise and reliable way of working is a matter of course for you
  • You are passionate about IT, digital technologies and the energy sector 
  • You have good communication skills in German and English
  • You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility for your own tasks
  • The working time is a maximum of 20 hours per week (during the lecture period) and a maximum of 40 hours (during semester breaks) according to agreement
