We are looking for an HR Core & Career Development Working Student (all genders) for our Cologne office at the earliest possible date. You will gain insights into the HR processes of a renowned IT strategy consulting firm, working in a highly professional environment with friendly and motivated colleagues. In this role, you will work at the intersection of personnel development and HR administration.

Shape the world of tomorrow

·        You support the team in varied day-to-day operations, while simultaneously taking responsibility for your own areas of expertise

·        You assist the team in implementing topics related to the career and personnel development of our employees in our Consulting and Business Service areas

·        You undertake supporting activities in our personnel development cycle

·        You support the team in the preparation and follow-up of committee meetings

·        You contribute to our ongoing process optimizations in the Career Development area

·        You participate in new initiatives in the HR area and independently take on administrative and coordinating tasks

You can help us make a difference

·        You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably with a focus on Human Resources or a related field

·        You possess very good MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

·        You have excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

·        You describe yourself as an open, friendly, and communicative person with a professional demeanor

·        You are highly organized and work independently, diligently, and reliably

·        You have a quick grasp of new concepts and strong implementation skills
