Shape the world of tomorrow

  • You'll shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies by planning, launching, and successfully executing wide-ranging Marketing projects with clients
  • Throughout your strategic Digital Marketing programs, you'll manage internal and external teams and combine your pertinent industry and Tech know-how with agile project management methods like SAFe to ensure a smooth implementation of digital transformation processes
  • During the design, assessment, and optimization of Marketing structures, you'll be responsible for coordinating teams, organizing and leading discussions with the top client management, and providing key impetus with a view toward current market developments and trends

This is how you can make a difference

  • You completed a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades
  • You have at least six years of relevant experience in consulting and the realization of operative and strategic transformation and implementation projects
  • You're an experienced project team leader—also on the client side
  • Efficient resource planning and motivational employee leadership are second nature to you
  • You're familiar with all stages of development for successful IT organizations and IT processes 
  • You know how to plan IT-initiatives and build solid business cases 
  • You’ve proven experience managing MadTech solution design and implementation projects
  • You’ve experience in digital marketing principles and best practices, including CRM processes, content management tools, social media platforms, SEO/SEA, advertising planning and measurement, customer journey mapping, and personalization
  • You’ve strong analytical skills to analyze digital marketing data interacting with business stakeholders on customer engagement level, advertising campaigns results, and SEO/SEA improvements
  • You're good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both German and English
